1-Cup Butter
1 Cup Peanut butter (You decide crunchy or smooth)
3 Tablespoons evaporated milk
1 teaspoon PURE Vanilla Extract
2 cups Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar/Powdered Sugar) sifted
Using hand held electric mixer/beater, peanut butter and butter, icing sugar, vanilla and milk until light and creamy. This may take sometime, as you need it to be light and fluffy. If consistency is too thick for your liking 1 or 2 drops of milk added to mixture and whipped, until you reach your desired thickness is all that is required.
This Frosting enhances the following cakes – Banana, Banana and Carrot, Carrot, Carrot and Walnut, Pumpkin, Pumpkin and Sweet Potato (Yes, try it, use a carrot cake recipe and substitute pumpkin or pumpkin and sweet potato)
NOTE: You can Substitute Peanut butter for Almond Butter or any other Nut Butters – ALL Make a fabulous Frosting!
